Loved every minute inside the hotel! Gorgeously designed, comfortable, surrounded by amazing views. Even with a street view room I was lucky enough to face the hills covered in white! Room was big, with a comfortable bed also big enough for us. Breakfast was great, delicious pastries (especially the cheese cones) accompanied by friendly staff and nice ambient music. And unique views of the lake and mountains. Front desk staff was always friendly, warm and helpful. Terra Restaurant had delicious gourmet choices, fair price with great wine selections, from the cheapest to the priciest. Pool was nice, I was unfortunate to encounter some badly behaved children who dangerously jumped into the water non stop and I couldn't relax for long. I thought the water was a bit chilly also. It's very close to the town center, but it's only downside is that the sidewalk isn't made of concrete and after snow or rain the ground turns into a slippery mud (without appropriate boots I'd surely have slipped many times). If the sidewalks were fixed I'd give this hotel a paradise on earth status!
